  Mainline Construction is a well established Building Company which deals with private and commercial work. We have an established client base and pride ourselves in high standards of service, reliability and workmanship employing our own skilled and experienced workforce. This workforce is supplemented with specialist sub contractors, together with architects and structural engineers, thereby providing a complete service on any building project from planning through to building and completion.

The Company specialises in the following areas:

* Building Maintenance
This service covers from the smallest job such as replacement of a tap washer or a roof tile up to general maintenance of property, whether residential, private or commercial.

* Extensions and Alterations
This service covers extensions and alterations of any size usually with architect involvement. If you remain resident in your house whilst extension works are being carried out we will always try to keep you informed of works and any inconveniences these may cause; at all times striving to keep these to a minimum.

* Conservation
Mainline has vast experience in conservation works having undertaken numerous works in Churches and many conservation properties in the West Sussex.

* Planned and Responsive Maintenance
In many cases we have a ‘watchful eye’ over our customers’ properties when they are away and contractually on a regular basis.

* New Build
Whether building commercial premises or private residences we ensure the same personal and caring service at all times.

* Refurbishment
All aspects of refurbishment are carried out whether in private houses, churches, public buildings, listed buildings etc.

We are aware that building works in any situation can be stressful and strive at all times to keep clients informed and thereby minimise this stress.
 
 

INVESTORS IN PEOPLE AND TRAINING WITHIN THE INDUSTRY

Mainline Construction attained Investors in People accreditation in November 2004. As such, our Company is committed to training with the Industry. It is a Construction Industry Training Board Registered Company with a history of apprenticeship training. Currently it has 2 trainee apprentices and higher management training is being undertaken.

Our workforce are all qualified in Health & Safety training which is supplemented with Qualified First Aiders.

Specialist training is on-going and carried out in conservation and specialist trade products to enable greater knowledge and understanding of an ever increasing specialist industry.

 
Mainline Construction is a Company totally committed to Health & Safety and subscribe to a Health & Safety Advisory Body ensuring that all sites adhere to Health and Safety Legislation at all times.

Mainline Construction is a Zurich Registered Building which means that any new build is covered under a Zurich Insurance Building Guarantee.

We currently hold public liability insurance cover of £10 million.
